Grandma is one wise, old mouse.
Though she'll never say just how ancient - a lady mouse never tells! 

Since Stix's parents died (something she refuses to talk about) she has been looking after him.

As she sees it, her sole job is to take care of him and keep him safe. She does her best to teach him all she knows, and warn him of the danger he faces should he ignore her.

She is strict but loving. Stix means the world to her, and she would happily lay down her own life to protect his.
